You’ll visit our New York City office for a confidential consultation with Dr. Robert Jason. Our team’s priority is to provide individualized care. Based on your goals, concerns, and examination, we will create a unique treatment plan tailored to you.
We highly encourage you to ask questions during your consultation. Our team will walk you through each step of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation procedure and recovery process so you can feel comfortable and confident in your decision.
Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation is typically performed as an outpatient procedure. Procedures can be performed using local anesthesia, regional blocks, and general anesthesia.
After the procedure is finished, we place a vaginal pack and have you rest in our recovery room for 1 to 2 hours. You’ll need to have someone to drive you home after your procedure.
Dr. Jason, our Patient Care Coordinator, and the rest of our team will be there to guide and support you throughout your post-surgery care. We will schedule follow-up appointments to assess your recovery and results.
On average, patients need 6 to 8 weeks of recovery time before being able to resume penetrative sex. If you have any concerns throughout your recovery period, our care team is more than happy to answer your questions.
