Recovery
The first step in the process includes a confidential consultation with Dr. Robert Jason at our New York City office. With your individualized care being of the utmost importance, we listen to and discuss your goals and concerns, and we perform an examination. Using this information, we create a unique treatment plan tailored specifically for you.
During your consultation, feel free to ask any questions you may have. Our team is happy to walk you through the steps of the Designer Laser Vaginoplasty as well as what you can expect during the recovery process. We want you to be comfortable and confident as you make your decision, so don’t hesitate to voice any concerns that you have.
Typically performed as an outpatient procedure, we may use local anesthesia, regional blocks, and general anesthesia for your Designer Laser Vaginoplasty.
After finishing the procedure, we place a vaginal pack and have you rest in our recovery room for 1 to 2 hours. You will need to have someone drive you home after your procedure.
Our entire team is here to support you throughout your post-surgery care, including Dr. Jason and our Patient Care Coordinator. To assess your recovery and results, we will schedule follow-up appointments and check in on your progress.
