Dr. Pearlman started in practice as a hospital-based facial plastic surgeon. In 2000 he wanted to cultivate his own practice with exceptional staff, patient care, and service to represent the excellence he continually pursues.

Uniquely dual board certified in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and in Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Pearlman has extensive clinical and academic experience in both fields.  As a facial plastic surgeon in NYC, Dr. Pearlman provides his patients with unique expertise and understanding in the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the nose, face, and eyes.

As Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery grew, we moved from a 2,000 square foot office to a 5,000 square foot office on Park Avenue. We built a distinguished team for both the surgical and non-surgical services we offer, including highly skilled plastic surgeons, two aesthetic nurses, as well as support staff who make every day possible with incredible coordination for our patients.
