Welcome to Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery for a body lift in NYC on Park Avenue.
Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani’s ultimate goal as a plastic surgeon is to deliver personalized care that not only enhances his patients’ physical appearance but also improves their overall well-being. We offer lower body lifts for patients to remediate excess skin and fatty tissue on the waistline and lower back for a beautifully sculpted appearance.
Restoring Your Skin for a Slimmer, Tighter Figure
If you’ve experienced significant weight loss or have given birth, you may also experience skin laxity in your lower abdomen and lower back.
Though your body has been through a significant change to do something amazing, the physical effects on your skin can negatively impact your self-esteem. A body lift at our New York City office can effectively transform loose, sagging skin around your midsection to reveal a tighter, slimmer figure.

You’ll visit our Park Avenue office for a confidential consultation. Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani will listen to your concerns and goals for a body lift, with his top priority to provide personalized care. Based on your goals, concerns, and treatment area exam, your surgeon will create an individualized treatment plan for you.
We highly encourage you to ask questions during your body lift consultation. Our team will walk you through every step of the procedure and recovery process so you can feel comfortable and confident in your decision.
Your procedure will take place at our luxurious in-office facility in Manhattan. The surgery process takes an average of 5 hours.
Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani will perform liposuction, remove excess skin and fat, and pull the stomach and lower back tight so they are flat. Because of the depth of this surgery, sometimes a body lift is performed with two separate procedures.
Your recovery period is 2 to 4 weeks. You cannot work out for 1 to 2 months following your operation as you take time to heal.
Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani, our Patient Care Coordinator, and the rest of our team will give you thorough guidance and support you throughout your post-surgery care. We will schedule follow-up appointments to assess your recovery and results.
