Having started her career in aesthetics working in the front office of a prestigious San Diego based surgeon, Stephanie Pentoliros, is now a seasoned operations manager with over 15 years of experience in the field.

Stephanie’s robust knowledge of private practice and office-based surgery center operations allow her to incite growth and efficiency within an office. She specializes in strategic planning and prioritizes promoting a positive, diverse culture within her team. Outside of work Stephanie is an avid Soul Cycle/Peloton-er, hot yoga enthusiast and her nose is always in a fantasy novel.
