Patient Details
This is a 33 year old who had a deviated septum with a septal spur (large edge sticking up from the septum). She also had a hump and asymmetric nose causing it to look different from the right vs. left side.
Treatment Details
She underwent a preservation septorhinoplasty to improve breathing, straighten her crooked nose and create a natural profile with tip support.
