Patient Details
This is a 65 year old who fell and hit her nose at the age of 8. This was never treated. She wanted improvement in her nasal hump and breathing.
Treatment Details
She underwent a preservation septorhinoplasty. She wanted to maintain a strong profile, so we added some cartilage above her hump called a radix graft so less would be taken off the hump. She is extremely happy with this natural looking nose
